With rates appearing to be on the rise for a while, now is the time to purchase or refinance if you are looking to do so, as rates probably won't be dropping anytime soon.  Much of the Real Estate market in Southeastern Wisconsin appears to be stablizing itself , and you may be surprised at how much your home is actually worth.  Data is showing that most areas are holding steady values with even some appreciation (which was unheard of 12 months ago).  As always, feel free to call with any questions regarding your property, we're glad to help!
